Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts prior delivery. If delivered and collected, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and uncollected.

To complete your return, if order paid we require a receipt or proof of purchase and copy of ID.

If unpaid, then we will process the cancellation.
